The list of chemicals as known to the State of California to cause reproductive toxicity which was published on February 23, 2001 in the California Regulatory Notice Register, Register 01, No. 8-Z, contains the incorrect Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number for the chemical diltiazem hydrochloride. Following is the correct CAS number for the chemical:
