Meeting Synopsis
[03/21/13]

The Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee of OEHHA’s1 Science Advisory Board identifies chemicals for addition to the list of chemicals known to the State to cause reproductive toxicity (Health and Safety Code section 25249.8). The Committee serves as the “State’s Qualified Experts” for determining whether a chemical has been clearly shown, through scientifically valid testing according to generally accepted principles, to cause reproductive toxicity.

A public meeting of this committee will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 in the Byron Sher Auditorium of the California Environmental Protection Agency headquarters building located at 1001 I Street, Sacramento beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until all business is conducted or 5:00 pm. The tentative agenda for this meeting is given below. The order of items on the agenda is provided for general reference only. The order in which items are taken up by the Committee is subject to change at the discretion of the Chair.
