On February 18, 2005, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announced its proposal to adopt a new regulation in Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 12900. In the February 18 Notice, the public comment period was scheduled to close on April 4, 2005. In response to requests OEHHA received asking that the comment period be extended in order for interested parties to sufficiently review the related regulatory documents and provide relevant comment, OEHHA extends the comment period until April 18, 2005. Any written statements or arguments regardless of the form or method of transmission must be received by OEHHA by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 18 2005, which is hereby designated as the close of the written comment period.
