Notice of Amendment Title 27, California Code of Regulations Amendment of Sections 25305, 25701, 25705, and 25801
[08/11/12]

On July 12, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, sections 25305, 25701, 25705, and 25801. These amendments clarify that scientific peer review for No Significant Risk Levels for carcinogens and Maximum Allowable Dose Levels for reproductive toxicants proposed by OEHHA are provided by two Science Advisory Board Committees: the Carcinogen Identification Committee and the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee.  These amendments will be effective on August 11, 2012.  The amended regulatory text and the supporting rulemaking documents are available at the following links:
