Cal/Ecotox Reports

To provide a convenient way to view all the exposure factor or toxicity data for a particular species, species-specific reports from Cal/Ecotox are available for downloading.  Exposure factor reports contain all the Cal/Ecotox biology and exposure factor data for the selected wildlife species. Toxicity reports contain all the Cal/Ecotox toxicity data for a selected wildlife species, when information is available.  Users are encouraged to consult the original citations for the data contained in these reports.

Reading Cal/Ecotox Reports

The standardized reports were designed to present the primary numerical data in tabular format. For exposure factor and toxicological endpoint information, an alphabetical note is assigned to each dataset that contains the remaining supplementary information in the dataset (e.g., all remarks, descriptions, and supplemental information). A numerical reference number is also assigned to each dataset to denote the citation source of the data. These notes and references are listed in order at the bottom of the table.

The reports were designed to be self-explanatory with minimal use of abbreviations. A brief guide to the exposure factor and toxicological endpoint data reports and a list of common abbreviations are provided below.
