Regulatory Concepts for Exposures to Human and Plant Nutrients in Human Food
EXTENSION OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
[12/19/08]

On October 31, 2008 the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) published a notice in the California Regulatory Notice Register (Register 2008, No. 44-Z) soliciting public inputs relevant to the second draft of the proposed regulatory concepts that would provide an exemption from the warning requirements of the Act for certain exposures to listed chemicals that are human or plant nutrients.

OEHHA has received a request to extend the comment period for the proposed regulatory concepts to allow for the submittal of complete and relevant information.  OEHHA hereby extends the public comment period to 5 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2009.  The original public comment period ends on January 5, 2009.
